Can Rabbit Cages Be On The Ground?

Also when you keep the cage of the rabbit at a good height, the rabbit can fall off the cage as they love to jump inside the cage. They are quite restless in nature and do not stay in one place calmly for long. Keeping the cage elevated would risk its life.
